1. Direct grievance redressal (Level 1)

2. Escalation mechanism (SCORES 2.0 and ODR)
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, or if the complaint remains unresolved beyond the specified timeline, options for further escalation include the following.
- SCORES 2.0 (SEBI): lodge a complaint on SEBI centralized web based grievance redressal system, SCORES 2.0 (scores.sebi.gov.in), which facilitates a two level review, first by the RAASB (BSE Limited) and second by SEBI. The SCORES mobile app is also available for tracking and filing.
- SMART ODR portal: pursuant to SEBI guidelines, unresolved disputes can be taken up through online conciliation or arbitration via the common Online Dispute Resolution portal (smartodr.in).
- Physical complaints: investors may also send physical complaints to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051.

Important disclosure regarding impersonation
In case of any complaints received against the Research Analyst due to impersonation of the Research Analyst by some other entity, the Research Analyst may adjust the number of such complaints from the total number of received and resolved complaints while preparing the above tables. Further, the Research Analyst must close such impersonation related complaints after following the due process as specified by SEBI and RAASB.
