Grievance Redressal

A three level escalation route, from our compliance desk to SEBI SCORES and the SMART ODR portal, with our monthly investor complaints data published alongside.

We are committed to resolving every client query promptly. Our grievance redressal follows a three level escalation matrix.

In accordance with SEBI guidelines (Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-POD/P/CIR/2025/81), transparency is maintained regarding investor grievances and their timely redressal.

1. Direct grievance redressal (Level 1)

In case of any grievance or complaint against the Research Analyst, investors may approach us directly. We strive to redress grievances immediately, but not later than 21 days of receipt.

2. Escalation mechanism (SCORES 2.0 and ODR)

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, or if the complaint remains unresolved beyond the specified timeline, options for further escalation include the following.

  • SCORES 2.0 (SEBI): lodge a complaint on SEBI centralized web based grievance redressal system, SCORES 2.0 (scores.sebi.gov.in), which facilitates a two level review, first by the RAASB (BSE Limited) and second by SEBI. The SCORES mobile app is also available for tracking and filing.
  • SMART ODR portal: pursuant to SEBI guidelines, unresolved disputes can be taken up through online conciliation or arbitration via the common Online Dispute Resolution portal (smartodr.in).
  • Physical complaints: investors may also send physical complaints to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051.
