Vision
To foster a transparent, disciplined and knowledge driven retail investment ecosystem where every client receives unbiased, high integrity research to achieve their financial objectives safely. This aligns with the SEBI baseline, invest with knowledge and safety.
Mission
To deliver timely, well researched, non discretionary advisory reports while strictly adhering to the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, ensuring absolute conflict of interest mitigation and client confidentiality.
B. Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst
- To publish research reports based on the research activities of the Research Analyst.
- To provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendations, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- To conduct compliance audits annually.
- To ensure that all advertisements adhere to the provisions of the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- To maintain records of interactions with all clients, including prospective clients prior to onboarding.
C. Details of services provided to investors
- Client onboarding and disclosures: sharing terms and conditions of research services, completing KYC for fee paying clients, and disclosing material business activities, disciplinary history, associates, risks and conflicts of interest.
- AI and third party disclosures: disclosing the extent of Artificial Intelligence tool usage in providing research services, as well as any material conflicts of interest associated with third party research reports.
- Fair practices: distributing research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination, while maintaining strict confidentiality prior to public domain release.
- Data privacy and timelines: respecting client data privacy rights, protecting confidential information, adhering to communicated service timelines, and providing clear guidance and caution notices for complex or high risk financial products.
D. Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it
- Direct approach: in case of any grievance or complaint, investors may approach the Research Analyst directly. We shall strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 21 days of receipt.

- SCORES 2.0 (SEBI): if the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, investors may lodge a complaint on SEBI centralized web based grievance redressal system, SCORES 2.0 (scores.sebi.gov.in), which facilitates two level review, first by RAASB and second by SEBI. The SCORES mobile app is also available for tracking and filing.
- Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR): pursuant to the SEBI circular dated July 31, 2023, unresolved disputes can be taken up through online conciliation or arbitration via the SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in).
- Physical complaints: investors may also send physical complaints to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051.

- Right to privacy, confidentiality, transparent practices, fair and equitable treatment, and adequate information.
- Right to initial and continuing disclosures, fair and true advertising, and awareness of service parameters and turnaround times.
- Right to satisfactory grievance redressal, timely exit options, and clear guidance and caution notices when dealing in complex or high risk products.
- Additional rights for vulnerable consumers, including accessible services for differently abled clients, the right to feedback, and protection against coercive or one sided agreements.
F. Expectations from investors (responsibilities)
Do's
- Always deal with a SEBI registered Research Analyst and verify their registration certificate and number (INH000012768) via the SEBI website.
- Always pay attention to disclosures made in research reports before investing.
- Pay your Research Analyst through banking channels only, or via CeFCoM if opted, and maintain duly signed payment receipts.
- Ask all relevant questions and clear doubts before acting on recommendations, especially for high risk products.
- Be aware of your right to stop availing services or provide feedback as per your agreement.
- Inform SEBI immediately if any Research Analyst offers assured or guaranteed returns.
Don'ts
- Do not provide funds for investment or trading to the Research Analyst.
- Do not fall prey to luring advertisements, market rumours, limited period discounts, or incentive and gift offerings.
- Do not share login credentials or passwords of your trading, demat or bank accounts with the Research Analyst.
- Do not bind yourself to any clauses prescribed by a Research Analyst that contravene regulatory provisions.
